You Pick Miss World!

Graculus, knowing my affinity for beautiful women, emailed me the list of the 2005 Miss World finalists. Not knowing what else to do with it, I've decided that the blogosphere should pick who wins (although I'm not expecting overwhelming voter turnout). There are limitations, of course. I only have head shots, we can't even begin to assess "poise", and they're all very young, so it seems kind of creepy, but it may be fun, too.

Here are the rules. The contestants are divided into six geographic regions. Preliminary Round voting will take place Thursday, polls closing at midnight, MDST. Vote for your favorites in each group in the comments for each group. You may vote for as many women as you'd like, and vote as many times as you'd like for any contestant, but only one vote per comment, please, which means you'll have to leave multiple comments for multple votes. (This is my whorish way of getting lots of comments, since I refuse to join the ranks of Half Naked Thursday.) My vote will break any ties. The top two from each region will go into the Final Round, where all past votes will be erased and we will vote for the new Miss World. Final Round contestants will be posted early Friday. Final Round voting will end at midnight, MDST, Friday. Vote often, or see your favorite fall away from living the dream of Miss World.
